Delete Account Request

Overview

This page explains how to delete your Clinika.uz patient mobile app account and what happens to your data after deletion. Clinic accounts are managed separately in the clinic dashboard.

How to delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your account directly from the mobile app:

1. Open the Clinika.uz mobile app and log in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm with the OTP code sent to your phone.

What data is deleted

When account deletion is confirmed, we remove your account data from active systems, including:

• Profile information (name, phone number, role).
• Authentication-related records tied to your account.
• App usage data associated directly with your account identifier.

Data retention

Certain technical records (for example security, fraud-prevention, or legal compliance logs) may be retained for a limited period when required by law or legitimate security obligations.
